Tony Eierdam Memorial

Attention fellow Vikings, Highlanders, family, friends, and relatives of Tony Eierdam.  Many of you had donated to a Go Fund Me for Tony Eierdam in the last few weeks when he was in critical condition in a Lubbock, TX hospital.  He ultimately succumbed to complications of the Covid-19 virus.  Long story short; when Tony passed,  there was a misunderstanding as to how the funds should be distributed by the original creator of the fund, so everyone’s donations are to be refunded.

      I can’t speak for everyone who gave, but my personal intent was to help Tony with the money; as well as anything that would have been near and dear to him.  Since Tony isn’t around to benefit from the money, I consider his last surviving relative, (Judy Eierdam), to be the next best recipient.  She shared an apartment with Tony, and will be shouldering any expenses that will occur as a result of his passing.  In addition, she is currently unemployed as a result of the same pandemic that ultimately took her brother.

      For this reason, I wanted to start another Go Fund Me for the express benefit of Tony’s sister Judy Eierdam.  If you previously gave to the last fund raiser, asked for a refund, please consider giving it to this one.  If you haven’t previously given, but would like to, that would be great also.  100% of these funds will be donated to Judy Eierdam to help out in this time of need.  I can’t think of a better way to honor Tony than to help his sister.  Thanks for reading this!
