Everyone who lives in the Central Valley has been affected in one way or another by the devastating Creek Fire.
The Welker family in particular has suffered immensely. Joe, Sharon, Kristopher, and Kyler have been such an integral part of our community with involvement in school, church and FFA.
Joe and Sharon had built not only a beautiful home in the Sierras, but also their nursery business. At the nursery they grew and sold native tree species including giant sequoias. Because of the Creek Fire they have lost their home, that they built from logs off their own property, as well as their entire business.
Our family has known the Welkers for three generations and we believe, with the help of our amazing community, we can help them rebuild their life and business in the beautiful Sierras that they love so much.
