Mac and Furry's Virtual Lemonade Stand for Kids

Donation protected

While everyone else got to go to school, Mac and his best friend Furry stayed home due to his disabilities and immune compromise.  Now everyone is staying home.  Mac has learned that he can do anything, just "differently".

Mac and Furry have their own book his Mom wrote about their adventures in Kindergarten while having to stay home while his friends were in school.  Mac went to school virtually. When he could go to school, New was scary and his Kindergarten teacher used Stuffies and a  little stuffed penguin bridged the gap to help him cope and connect with his friends.  "The Little Penguins That Could" talks about the importance of Emotional Support for children going through tough stuff, launching the ideas of ESP's (Emotional Support Partners). Studies say lovies, stuffed animals can help children cope through times of anxiety and trauma.

"The Furry Project" wants to raise money and help sponsor ESP Furry Kits for children going through tough stuff in our communities.  An Emotional Support Partner Stuffie can provide comfort and hugs while going through medical issues, loss and trauma.  He has stuffed the trunks of our local police cars to comfort children going through scary situations and to help the police comfort the children.  Furry is helping children in the local Emergency Room's with their worries. Furry's are helping children who are facing cancer, epilepsy treatments, and even grown-ups who just need a friend and a hug.  Furry is love and caring.

The newly released "Furry, A Little Penguin Who Cares" book is ready to send with each ESP Kit to children who need a hug and a friend to catch the tears and listen to their hearts. Furry's were sent to children who were very very sad because they lost either a Mommy or a Daddy or both to the Coronavirus.   Furry's are sent to children or teens because someone knew they needed a Furry and a hug.  To purchase a Furry and kit for a child who needs a hug please contact Mac's Mom at [email redacted] for more information. A Furry ESP kit is  $25 plus shipping.

Mac and Furry are having a "Virtual Lemonade Stand" to raise money to help sad, scared and lonely children all around the globe.  We hear of children who are in the hospital, sad children, and we will need to re-stuff more bags for the police cars.  We will meet the need where God whispers a need.

The Coronavirus would not stop Mac from having a Lemonade Stand.  He can do it, just differently.   Mac can.  Mac has found that you can do anything with the internet and stay home and connect with friends.  Mac can finally have a Lemonade stand and stay safe at home.  Virtually he can pour lemonade and sell cookies, and raise nickels and dimes to buy Stuffed Furry's for kids going through scary things.  In real life he cannot pour lemonade as his hands do not work, he cannot be near his friends to help.  But he can sell Virtual Lemonade.

Can you help Mac and Furry?

It costs 500 nickels or 250 dimes to buy a whole Furry ESP Kit and ship it to a child or family.

That's a whole lot of money and a lot of Lemonade!

Please share our Lemonade Stand and help us help Children be given a Stuffie friend to hug and hold when they need it most this Holiday Season.

Thank You! Meep!
