First, I would love to thank and give love to everyone who has donated or spread the word on this great adventure.
So why am I doing a Go Fund Me for a plane? Well, as you can imagine, buying a plane isn't cheap. As a single dad, income goes first and foremost for my child and home. I have a dream of owning an aircraft so I can fly without the restrictions, cost and scheduling of rental aircraft. The average cost of rental is about $185/hr wet, however taking a long extended rental to fly to a destination is not really feasible with those kinds of costs.
I am reaching out to my aviation community to ask for some help in achieving my dream of owning a Cessna 172. Every bit helps.
