Send Ella to 2020 UCI MTN Bike World Championship

Let’s help send Ella Erickson, 17, to represent USA Cycling in the UCI Mountain Bike World Championships !  The competition takes place October 7-11, 2020 in Leogang, Austria. 

Ella has been racing in the professional women’s category in the National Downhill Series this season and is a two time US National Champion in the women’s 15-16 year old category.  She is extremely honored to be chosen as the only US representative in her class.

Why support Ella?  I am a friend of her parents, Todd and Jen, and it is so easy to be proud of Ella and want to support her. I hope that you become inspired as well!  Ella is a straight A student at Coeur d’Alene Charter Academy and North Idaho College. Her drive is apparent academically and in her sport. On top of this, she is a pretty stellar person to be around and her positive attitude is infectious. 

She has phenomenal sponsors: Commencal USA, Monster Army, eThirteen, Diety Components, Cushcore, Dialed MTB, Ride 100%, and Doma Coffee.  Without them, none of this would be possible, and I highly recommend checking out their products as they are the best!  However, this is a big expense that Ella could use some extra support with. The plane ticket is $2400, lodging and food are $750, and her jersey is another $150. Add in incidental travel expenses, and this leg of the trip will realistically cost $4000 for the championship alone.  After the championships, she will be traveling to Slovenia for the mountain bike World Cup.
