Stop the Abuse of Isaiah & Aria

Donation protected
Brad has been on court ordered supervised visits for almost 16 months (started Sept 7, 2019) for no reason other than taking his children to hospitals when they made sexual outcries.  Amanda is court ordered not to attend these supervised visits.  She has been in Isaiah's life since he was 16 months old, & Aria's entire life.  This means Amanda has not seen the children for 16 months.  Isaiah is 6 years old, & Aria is 4 years old.  This is the second Halloween, birthdays, Thanksgiving, & Christmas Brad & Amanda have missed with the kids.  Isaiah has made numerous outcries of physical & sexual abuse against his mom & 17 year old half brother.   For protecting their children, Brad & Amanda are the ones missing all of these special holidays & countless priceless moments that they'll never get back; all while the abusers are with the children 24/7.  Brad & Amanda each took a polygraph test last year on the legitimacy of the outcries.  The mother never followed through on taking a polygraph that Brad & Amanda offered to pay for.  The judge dismisses all testimony & evidence of abuse despite the many professionals that have testified to the abuse.  Brad & Amanda have expended all resources due to the $500,000 spent in the unjust family court system.  They need help to continue this battle.  The supervised visits can be up to $810 per month.  Visits are first, third, & fifth weekends.  Three hours on Saturday & three hours on Sunday.  These are with a supervisor hovering over Brad's every move along with many court ordered restrictions.  For example, Brad cannot ask the children about their home life, mom, half brother, school life, or if they've been hurt.  There is even a court order forbidding Brad from mentioning or bringing Isaiah's favorite toys, Hot Wheels, on these visits.  The child support is $300 per month; appointed by the court to pay a child molester.  As recently as early December, Isaiah had a black eye that was so concerning that the supervisor took a picture & sent to Family Court Services with no outcome.  They are doing everything they possibly can to fight this evil injustice, but the financial toll is devastating.

***Read on for more.***

Nearly five years ago our nightmare began within the family court system after disclosures of abuse from our child were brought to our attention and we tried every avenue to let proper authorities know, with no results to help our children.  After about four years of continuously reaching out to every imaginable resource we were led to (that claimed to assist children of abuse) we still found ourselves with no help and nowhere to turn.  Our children were increasingly being abused during this time and the level of abuse became exponentially severe.  My son even still to this day has been making professionally documented outcries consistently.  My daughter has been continuously showing signs of self mutilation and having a dissociative disorder.  Despite all of the thoroughly documented evidence of abuse, which Judge Judith Wells not only swept under the rug, she then also denied our kids a trustworthy avenue to access children's therapy or any constructive resource to help them cope (& by trustworthy we mean someone not under the thumb of the judge or courts network).  We felt backed into a corner, all rays of hope fading, and we knew we had to take action any way that we could.  My wife and I decided we needed help from the public or else we feared our children would be lost forever.  We created a petition pleading our children's story in hopes with enough signatures, we would reach someone high enough in government to step in and save them.  We also participated in a number of online podcasts, video interviews, and radio shows.  Once the petition and social media outlets gained national exposure, we began receiving countless stories from other scared and depleted families from all across the US as well as other international countries.  All living the same nightmare within the family court system, not only being victimized by the perpetrator, but also by the unjust courts and authorities they depended on to help their babies.  We all realized that as protective parents and families, the more we fought to save our kids, the more of our rights the courts would strip away.  This would leave us with little to no access to our children, while on the other hand, giving an abundant amount of free-reign to the abusers (all the while allowing the abuse to continue).  We were shocked to find so many others living through what we only imagined could be an isolated case.
