Aberdeen's Sunday Amateur Football teams are getting together and asking that this December you have one less pint, coffee, or more and use that money to donate to Men Matter.

Men Matter are a charity that promote well-being, prevent suicide and offer support for men in Scotland.  2020 has been especially difficult for everyone and now, more than ever, charities such as these need you to step up and support them.

So get you wallets out and let's make a difference this year by helping those that need our help. Any donation, large or small will go a long way to helping someone in need.
