About:
Hello my name Randy. I am a stroke survivor of the past 3 years. I have lost two jobs, a car, etc. But that's not what this is about. I finally found something im getting good at and I enjoy. Painting and Finding old miniatures for warhammer, warmaster, dungeons and dragons, etc.
Business statement:
What i will do is take in orders from customers who want their miniatures painted and/or find miniatures that are old and unwanted miniatures and refurbish them.
The process of refurbishing a miniature:
1. Strip the model in either pine sol(plastic)
or acetone(metal)
2. Scrub the model with some good amount of elbow grease with a tooth brush
3. Determine what the mini is and what pieces are needed. *if needed
4. Order or 3d print pieces that are needed
5. Assemble and paint miniature
6. Awesome looking minis
After the process is complete, the order will go back to the customer as ordered. The miniatures that I find and refurbish will go up on my etsy account to a new home.
Starting up:
The reason I need help, is to get off the ground. I need supplies and some beginning miniatures to save and refurbish. I have a 3d printer already and a small number of paints and brushes. I am going to need some upgrade parts for the printer and filament. I am going to need a lot more paint, brushes and other modeling supplies.
Love and care:
Every mini(s) that I will do will be taken care of like it is my own mini. They will be photographed with a before and after and cataloged with love and knowing that there is a passion behind this process. And that it was all possible by you guys.
