Benvenuti in questa campagna promossa dalla Libera Associazione Genitori Waldorf Firenze che promuove e gestisce attività di supporto alla Scuola Steiner Waldorf nata nel 1996 e che oggi ha sede a Firenze in Via Gioberti.

BAZAR DI NATALE, DICEMBRE 2020
Legno, feltro e lana cardata, cera, sempreverde, pigne, bacche e nastri colorati... profumo di biscotti e di tante cose buone per un ricco buffet imbandito...teatrini e laboratori per piccoli, meno piccoli e grandi che tornano volentieri bambini.
Mani operose, aule che si trasformano e atmosfera di festa con il desiderio di aprire "la nostra casa" per condividere la gioia dello stare e del fare insieme.
La nostra scuola che si anima di un vivace brulicare di bambini, genitori, nonni, amici e passanti incuriositi.
Questo è il Bazar di Natale della nostra scuola: un momento tanto atteso da un anno all'altro.
Una tradizione che onoriamo con entusiasmo e con orgoglio.
Non solo: un'occasione vitale di raccolta fondi per sostenere tante iniziative e progetti della scuola che da sempre è interamente sostenuta dalle rette delle famiglie.
Quest'anno la situazione che noi tutti stiamo vivendo non ci rende possibile realizzarlo.
Ci mancherà il nostro Bazar, come mancherà sicuramente ai bambini e alle tante persone che lo aspettavano con emozione.
Abbiamo deciso di non attendere il 2021, ma di fare il possibile creando comunque (anche in questo anno particolare, difficile e sicuramente sfidante) un'occasione di incontro, di scambio e di partecipazione per la nostra comunità e per tutti coloro che la sostengono grazie al loro affetto e al loro contributo. Da qui è nata questa campagna di raccolta fondi.
Artisti, musicisti, attori, amici dal cuore grande ci hanno donato la loro arte e il loro calore.
Attraverso i loro video vediamo crescere attorno ai nostri bambini e ragazzi un bellissimo cerchio di relazioni...cerchio che si amplia grazie all'unione e alla condivisione.
Poter contare sull'aiuto e la generosità di tutti rafforzerà la volontà di tutti noi e accenderà la speranza di poter continuare il percorso di questa scuola e della sua pedagogia: un dono immenso per i bambini e un seme prezioso per il futuro di tutti!

Welcome!
This campaign is promoted by the "Libera Associazione Genitori Waldorf Firenze” (Firenze Waldorf Parents’ Association). We promote and manage several activities supporting the Firenze Waldorf School. The school was founded in 1996, in the beautiful city of Florence, the birthplace of the renaissance.
Here is a little peek into our world!
Every year, around this time, our school comes alive with a lively swarm of children, parents, grandparents, friends, and curious passers-by.
Our school's annual Christmas Bazaar is an eagerly-awaited event for our community and a tradition that we look forward to with pride and enthusiasm.
When you enter the school during this time of the year, you will witness an incredible array of sights and smells:
The scent of biscuits and other delicious treats, wafting through the air, as part of a rich buffet that awaits hungry visitors... Handcrafted wooden objects, colorful felt items, carded wool angels, melting beeswax ready for candle-making, evergreen pine cones and red berries on fresh wreaths, and colored ribbons... theater, singing, and workshops for children, youngsters, and adults who are happy to become children again.
Busy hands have been working hard over the last few weeks and days, transforming the classrooms into a festive setting for our Bazaar. The desire to open our school, "our home" to the wider community, and invite them into a warm and cozy environment is overwhelmingly strong.
This festive time is also a vital opportunity for us to raise funds which make possible many initiatives and projects for the school. Many of these creative and enriching projects lack sufficient funding, as the school fees alone are not enough to support everything.
However, this year is different; the circumstances do not allow us to host our beloved annual Bazaar.
We will miss our Bazaar, and we will surely miss the children and all those wonderful people who have been eagerly awaiting it with joy and enthusiasm.
Instead of waiting until next year, this December we have decided to be pro-active by creating an opportunity for all those who support our school community to meet, exchange, and participate in it through a virtual fundraising event.
Several artists, musicians, actors, and other generous friends have come forward by offering us their art. Through their contributions, we see a beautiful circle of relationships growing around our children and young people ... a circle that expands, thanks to this warm feeling of togetherness and sharing.
To be able to count on the help and generosity of the larger community certainly will strengthen our will, and ignite hope of being able to continue enriching the path of this school and its pedagogy. It's an immense gift for the children and a precious seed for the future!
A big thank you from the bottom of our hearts to all who are helping us make this virtual fundraising possible!
