Reconstructive surgery

My name is Patricia, I’m 53 and I had spinal surgery in February 2020 and gained to much weight during recovery,cause I couldn’t walk and developed other medical issues due to my weight gain so now I need a revision . I have six screw, 2 disc and a cage in my lower lumbar, I was told I bracket to hold the cage in place to better my health, walk, bend and lift and to be able to help take care of my daughter Tyrah, she’s 15 with Cerebral Palsy, blind ,gtube and shunt. We had a 2001 Dodge Ram wheelchair accessible.the engine went out and Tyrah needs a updated van to get her to and from her Doctors appointments with all of her specialist , and to be able to get out for family visits and entertainment when this Pandemic is over..I’m praying ‍♂️ that there are caring and generous people out there that can help the both of us, we would greatly appreciate anything you guys can donate to my cause.
