Help St. Vincent de Paul help families
Every year we decorate our house at Christmas to raise money for St. Vincent de Paul. It’s a local organization that helps out families in need in a discreet way so they can ask for help without feeling bad within themselves.
Christmas time is stressful and the demands on money is enormous. With lockdowns, restrictions, people losing their jobs, more and more people are turning to SVP for help. SVP is finding it hard to have collections because of the Covid Restrictions.
More than ever, they need your help so they can help families have a Christmas they deserve.
Please drop by to Dollymount Park and have a look at the display and donate whatever you can. We have a collection box outside the house for those who want to donate using cash and for the first time this year we have set up a GoFundMe, as with Covid I know people to carry cash due to the risk. Times are tuff at the minute so anything you can spare will be greatly appreciated.
Hope to see you all around.
Thank you and have a safe and joyous Christmas.
