COV19 is not STOPPING these Black Women in Businesses over 50! JOIN with me #SmallBusinessRelief in making a difference for many women over 50 that had to re-invent themselves for economic sustainability and level up their business to stay in the fight within this virtual transition? HELP JUMP-START THIS AWESOME fundraiser, and I challenge each of you if you give $5, $10, $50, $100, $500, $1,000, $5,000, $10K, or BIGGER. YOU and I can help women in business over 50 DREAM BIG AGAIN.

Go FundMe has sent an email stating that if a small business raises $500, they will match that $500 to help recover business losses due to the COV19 pandemic. As a self-employed business owner, my dear friends, I have taken a hard hit, resulting in limited in-person visits that cause a decrease in profits, like many others. My heart goes to many black working women in business who deserve a fighting chance to recover from this pandemic.

I'm raising money to help recover within my business and serve  #SmallBusinessReliefI'm dedicated to supporting others (Black Working Women in Business over 50) who have been impacted drastically. Many of my business colleagues receive no support from the COV19 SBA financial relief from the  PPL nor the EIDL resources that have been available to other small businesses. These working  Black women who own businesses, primarily widowers and single, are between the ages of 48 and 60,  38% have been in business no longer than three years and have acquired higher education, and 77%  are first-time business owners with 46% of their business income as their only source of income. With that said, they were more likely to work part-time in their business, use their business as a secondary source of income, and capitalize on their business with family savings or sweat equity.

BUT since COV19,  for many, proclaimed 2020 was the year to thrive, we have all seen instantly turned  2020 into the year to survive. Most of these women have been laid off, pay decrease, and their slight business income decreased due to practicing social distancing for in-person interaction, with no social security, and no 401K. Most lack purchasing medicines due to a lack of affordable health care and no health insurance for (preexisting health conditions).

BUT GLORY TO GOD, HE heard our declaration and I HEAR you! I'M HERE FOR YOU!
I am Doniel Ervin, many know of me as "Dr. Dee",  Executive Management & Founder of Ervin Management Group, I see the need within our community of black working women over 50  in business. Second, Ervin Management Group will provide a FREE business assessment with a quarterly overview for the black women in business over 50,  and
Lastly,  we will complete FREE financial tax audit to guide the business owner for upcoming entrepreneurship tax planning that will assure all financial documents available presence to request financial resources from neighboring lenders, and financial institutions.
