Imani Yoga LGBTQ Black & Brown led virtual studio

Healing and finding the path to spiritual connection can be very difficult, especially when navigating the world in a body often seen as "different".  My name is Owl Rare and I am the founder of Adventures With Owl, & now The Imani Yoga Experience.  Imani Yoga is a dream to bridge the gap between BIPOC & LGBTQIA+ healing experiences. Our goal is to build a connection back to our roots with high-quality on-demand and live-streamed classes. Together we will create a healing and fitness space that centers QTPOC (Queer/Trans People of Color) healers, teachers, and fitness trainers.  Imani is a space where we can come together and witness healing catered for all bodies at all levels.  Together, we will Bridge the gap between healing and the BIPOC LGBTQIA+ community.

 
 
Our vision is to have the site up and running by April 2021 with ideally 30 recorded classes to start. We believe it is clear that healing needs to be decolonized, especially in America.  With our internet platform, we can help heal more wounds in less time and do more work while exerting less energy. Also without overhead studio costs, we can better pay teachers and Film Crew!




With Covid-19, Virtual Healing is crucial to the community and the world. With virtual classes and rates that are affordable, People from all over can come together, practice, and create a welcoming community.
