Help Send Supplies to St. Vincent & The Grenadines

On April 9th 2021, a volcano erupted on my
homeland St.Vincent & the Grenadines.
Following several explosions, about 16,000+
people have evacuated red zone areas and
headed into shelters. The volcano has been
spewing out toxic gas & Ash making it hard to breathe for people on the island who are still
forced to wear masks to avoid toxic fumes!

Those in the green zones thought they were
safe but They are no longer 100% safe.  The 
ash has spread over the entire island and over neighbouring islands such as Barbados and
the grenadine islands.

Many are left without clean drinking water or power on the islands because of
contamination caused by ashes, Which has
also left dark clouds over the island. People
are in need of clean water, clothes, food, ect.

And let’s no forget the animals many dogs &
other animals left to fend for themselves can
suffer from inhaling the ashes or die of
starvation. My family owns several dogs who
are in need of food. 

My Mom, Dad, & entire family are still stuck
on the island and I want  help as much as I can to help send supplies! My family lives in the
capital City and I will be packing several barrels myself to be sent back home. As the
volcano continues to erupt with multiple

Richard Robertson, a seismic researcher, told NBC Radio that the volcano’s pyroclastic flows – dense, fast-moving flow of solidified lava pieces, volcanic ash, and hot gases” – would have razed everything in their way.

“Anything that was there – man, animal, anything … they are gone,” Robertson said. “And it’s a terrible thing to say it.”
