Sgt. Dominic Guida

Sgt. Dominic Guida, 43, of the Bunnell Police Department, Bunnell Florida, was rushed to AdventHealth Palm Coast on November 9th, after suffering a cardiac event while in training with the Flagler County Sheriff’s Office. Unfortunately, he succumbed to this event shortly after arriving at the local hospital. Any funds raised, will go to assist the family in expenses as a result of this tragedy.

Dominic had been with the Bunnell Police Department since 2016. Promoted to sergeant in February 2016, alongside Senior Officer, and long time friend, Sgt. Matt Mortimer. Dominic had previously served as a Flagler County Sheriff’s deputy for 12 years before joining the city department, and had been a K-9 officer during his time with FCSO. He was also president of the Flagler Fallen Heroes Lodge 165.
