Ciao, mi chiamo Roy ho 2 mesi di vita e sono stato adottato 1 mese fa da una cucciolata non voluta. Ogni volta che mangiavo vomitavo tutto e non crescevo. Mi hanno diagnosticato cosi una malformazione all' arco aortico (cuore) che di conseguenza mi schiaccia l' esofago (patologia megaesofago) e non permette al cibo di arrivare allo stomaco rimanendo incastrato nell' esofago.

Non sto crescendo come i miei fratelli (peso 2kg mentre loro quasi 6kg). Dopo la diagnosi l' unico modo per me per mangiare è con del cibo liquido con un biberon in piedi per 5 volte al giorno. Per far si che il cibo vada nello stomaco mi tengono in verticale per almeno 30 minuti dopo ogni pasto.

Per vivere ho bisogno di essere operato al cuore e all' esofago.

L' operazione ha un costo complessivo di 3270 euro, a cui dovranno aggiungersi le analisi post operatorie, visite e medicine.

Hello, my name is Roy. I am 2 months old and was adopted a month ago from an unwanted litter. Every time I ate, I would vomit everything and couldn't grow. I was diagnosed with a malformation of the aortic arch (heart), which consequently compresses my esophagus (megaesophagus), preventing food from reaching the stomach and getting stuck in the esophagus.

I'm not growing like my siblings (weighing 2kg while they weigh almost 6kg). After the diagnosis, the only way for me to eat is with liquid food through a bottle while standing, five times a day. To ensure the food reaches the stomach, they keep me upright for at least 30 minutes after each meal.

To survive, I need surgery on the heart and esophagus. The total cost of the operation is 3270 euros, to which post-operative analyses, visits, and medications will need to be added.
