Quasi 4000 km in bici dalla Tunisia per ResQ!

Ciao amici, sono Vincenza Lofino, salentina d’origine, di Milano di base e appoggio; cittadina del mondo per scelta e “migrante” per natura e vocazione.
Attualmente abito in Tunisia, dove lavoro nell'ambito degli Aiuti umanitari, occupandomi di progetti a favore delle popolazioni in Libia e Tunisia.
Dal prossimo 27 aprile mi metterò in viaggio per un’esperienza forte e dal valore simbolico molto profondo e personale. Percorrerò in bicicletta tutta la Tunisia e l’Italia in solitaria, partendo da Sidi Bouzid (città-simbolo per la Tunisia e per tutto il mondo arabo), per poi approdare a Palermo e risalire l’Italia in bici fino a Milano, destinazione finale, per un totale di circa 3.000 km.
Sfrutterò il mio impegno sportivo per raccogliere fondi a favore di ResQ People Saving People, un'associazione italiana impegnata a salvare vite umane nel Mar Mediterraneo centrale attraverso la sua "nave civile" cioè realizzata interamente dalla società civile, ovvero da tutti noi! Sosterrò attivamente i costi di supporto alla terza missione di ResQ nel Mediterraneo proprio in concomitanza con il mio “viaggio” in bici.

Hi my friends, I'm Vincenza Lofino, originally from South of Italy, based in Milan; traveller, citizen of the world and "migrant" by nature and vocation.
I currently live in Tunisia, where I work as humanitarian aid-worker to support humanitarian projects for the populations in Libya and Tunisia.
From next April 27, I will solo-travel doing a strong experience with a very deep and personal value. I will bike all over Tunisia and Italy starting from Sidi Bouzid (symbolic city for Tunisia and for the whole Arab world), then i will arrive in Palermo and get back up to Milan, my final destination, for a total of 3,000 km around.
I will use my sportive commitment to raise funds for ResQ People Saving People, an Italian association committed to saving lives in the central Mediterranean Sea through its "Civil ship", built entirely by civil society, meaning: all of us! I will actively support the costs of the third ResQ mission in the Mediterranean, exactly in time with my bike trip.

Bonjour à tous,
Je m'appelle Vincenza Lofino, italienne originaire du sud mais basée à Milan.
Voyageuse, "citoyenne du monde" et migrante tant par nature que par vocation.
Je vis actuellement à Tunis où je travaille comme humanitaire, sur des projets basés en Tunisie et en Lybie.
A partir du 27/04/22, je vais réaliser un voyage en solitaire d'une grande importance pour moi, en lien avec mes valeurs.
Je vais traverser la Tunisie et l'Italie en commençant par Sidi Bouzid (une ville très symbolique pour l'histoire tunisienne et tout le monde arabe contemporain), je remonterai le pays puis traverserai la mer jusqu'à Palerme avant de poursuivre jusqu'à Milan, pour un total de 3 000 km parcourus.
Ce périple sportif a pour but de collecter des fonds pour ResQ lien du site, une association italienne qui sauve des vies en Méditerranée grâce à son bateau entièrement fabriqué par la société civile, c'est à dire par nous tous !
Mon objectif est de participer aux coûts de la 3ème mission de RES-Q en mer, qui se déroulera en même temps que mon voyage.
