TranQuility Transgender Programs & Events Fall 22

TranQuility is a community group of transgender people, their families, and allies that aims to improve the lives of transgender and gender nonconforming people. We are based in Gainesville, Florida and serve the greater Alachua/North Central Florida area.

We rely entirely on donations to fund our programs and events. This Fall 2022, we are seeking donations to fund our efforts to:

Provide hand-made awareness bracelets and flags at outdoor events and festivals.

Provide a safe, fun and affirming community Halloween event for the trans, non-binary and gender non-conforming community. We call this event HalloWoodedWeen as it is held on 7 LGBT+ owned acres of woodlands.

Provide a Thanksgiving meal to trans, non-binary and gender non conforming individuals who don't have a place to go for Thanksgiving.

Provide partial funding for our local community to organize the National Transgender Day of Remembrance.

Provide a non-denominational holiday event for the trans community we call "WinterWonderTrans."

We appreciate your support. We know that without you, we would not be able to provide these affirming and wonderful community resources and programs.
