Help homeless Austinites displaced by protests

As the protests of May 30th took over the streets of downtown Austin, many homeless individuals have lost their homes and some of their belongings in the area. Although we are not sure whether these were the direct results of the protests or enraged police officers, regardless we would like to help them get back on their feet during COVID-19. 

Founded by fellow Austinites and college students, Rania and Joanna, we're organizing for the delivery of food, medical resources and basic needs (tents, hygienic items, etc) for the homeless population in the downtown area. 

All money donated to this fund will be used to buy these items and will be given to these individuals as soon as possible. The receipts of these purchases will also be posted so that everyone can be ensured that their donations are being properly allocated for the cause. Please donate as little or as much as you can and stay safe!
