Mattapan Patriots Pop Warner Cheerleading Team

Dear Family, Friends & Community Members

The Mattapan Patriots Cheerleading Team is a nonprofit organization in Boston Massachusetts. Our purpose is to provide a safe and rewarding environment for youth in Boston through this cheerleading program.

We are committed to developing our young athletes into role models by inspiring them to become leaders in their own communities. We prepare these young people to become scholar athletes through skill development, mandatory practices, exposure to a professional coaching team, tutoring and mentoring. We place an emphasis on teaching the fundamentals of cheerleading, promoting team work, emphasizing the importance of excellent sportsmanship and maintaining a great attitude.

Our scholar athletes work hard to perfect their craft and were awarded Bay State Champs in 2019. These 40+ cheerleaders are laser focused on their 2022 competition season & supporting the Mattapan Patriots Football Team.

The first fundraiser is a Calendar fundraiser, if donating for the calendar please add the Cheerleaders name in the memo line.

In order to help us achieve this goal, we are asking for tax deductible donations to help fund the following:

1. Scholarships for activity fees ($140-165 per scholar athlete)

2. Scholarships for uniform & equipment fee ($110-180 per scholar athlete)

3. Cheer space & equipment (e.g. permits, space rental, tumbling mats, non-shared pom poms)

4. Health & safety equipment (e.g. practice/competition/game day masks, hand sanitizer, cleaning materials, paper water cups, first aid kit)

We want to create a space where any scholar athlete that wants to cheer has the opportunity to cheer regardless of ability to pay fees! Even a partial scholarship can help make the difference for an athlete and their family.

No amount is too small ($10 can cover a reusable mask and hair bow) !!!

All donations of $250.00 or more will entitle the donors to have a personal message or logo printed on the T-shirts worn by the coaching staff on game and competition days. (just add a note with your Sponsor/Business Name, email and we will coordinate the details)
