Funeral Expenses for Joshua Auxier

Joshua David Auxier 07/02/2004-08/28/2022

After a sudden lake accident on the evening of August 28th, with his fiancé and her younger sister present, Joshua went Home to meet our Lord and Saviour after 18 short years on this earth. God used him, a willing vessel, more in that time than we will ever fully know this side of Heaven. Josh just graduated high school and actively worked in both music and soul-winning ministries in his home church of Gateway Baptist Church, Eaton, OH, as well as the several other churches in Indiana, Ohio, and Michigan that he visited often.

Services were held on 9/2. Obituary and service can be viewed on Preble Memory Gardens Funeral Center’s website (West Alexandria, Ohio). 

Prayers are greatly appreciated at this time for immediate family, David & Lori Auxier (parents), Alyssa, Creid, & Lucas Ayers (sister, brother-in-law, nephew), Michael Swiastyn (brother), Alexia Markell (fiancé), extended family, and friends.

Joshua’s greatest wish would, undoubtedly, be that every one who knew him or heard his story would accept Jesus Christ into their heart, to know Heaven will also be their eternal Home.

Romans 3:23 KJV “For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God;”

-The Bible teaches that all have sinned.

Romans 6:23 “For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.”

-The Bible teaches that there is a penalty for sin.

Romans 5:8 “But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.”

-The Bible teaches that this penalty has been paid by Jesus Christ.

Romans 10:9 “That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.”

-The Bible teaches us that we must repent.

Romans 10:13 “For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.”

-The Bible teaches that you can be saved today, if you want to be.

John 3:16 “For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.”

-Jesus loves you and wants you to experience His peace now, and for eternity with Him in Heaven.

There is peace in that! For you and your family, praise God.
