Hola, me llamo Sonia Aguado y soy una loca admiradora de Proyecto Tawala.
Cruzarme en su camino cambió enormemente mi manera de ver y encarar el mundo animalista y decidí involucrarme apoyando su causa y compartiendo sus logros. Y por eso, ahora que nos necesita más que nunca me he ofrecido a ayudar a que su proyecto pueda seguir adelante!
PROYECTO TAWALA NECESITA REMPLAZAR EL TAWALAMOVIL! Un super Nissan muy muy especial del 2000 que se cae a pedacitos.
Como muchos sabéis Álvaro realiza una maravillosa labor de sensibilización contra el maltrato animal en las communidades Wayúu de la Guajira Colombiana. Pero nada de su trabajo seria posible sin su coche. De él depende la alimentación y el bienestar de los perritos de las Rancherias y el progreso de sus comunidades.
El Tawalamovil desafortunadamente ya no puede más Como podéis ver en las fotos y vídeos (disponibles) no hay semana que no falle alguna pieza o les deje tirados en medio de la carretera. Tiene que estar llevándolo al mecánico continuamente porque se le rompen las piezas, se caen, se necesitan recambios...etc en fin, que no se puede seguir manteniendo este pozo económico sin fondo.
El coche perfecto para esta misión es un 4x4 de segunda mano que cuesta aprox. entre 7.000€ y 8.000€ (30/35 M de pesos colombianos)
A través de esta petición queremos conseguir los 3.000€ ( 12,5 M de pesos colombianos) que le faltan para poder comprarlo!!
VAMOS TODOS A AYUDAR A ÁLVARO A COMPRAR UN NUEVO TAWALAMOVIL PARA QUE SIGA RESCATANDO Y CAMBIANDO VIDAS!!

Álvaro tambien se dedica rescatar perritos en situaciones críticas, los cuida y rehabilita en su casa para que puedan encontrar una família. Para los que no lo conozcáis, Tawala se centra en los niños para conseguir cambiar las mentalidades futuras mostrándoles la empatía y el amor hacia los animales a través del ejemplo y la educación.
Álvaro junto al apoyo de increibles asociaciones animalistas y rescatistas de la zona están haciendo posible no sólo grandes jornadas de esterilizaciones para los perros y gatos de allí, sino también la llegada de grandes ayudas en material escolar, ropa, juguetes..etc a manos de los niños wayúu.

Crossing paths with him really changed the way I see and approach the world of animal rescue and so I decided to get involved by supporting his cause and sharing his achievements. And now, when he needs us more than ever, I've offered to help make sure his project can keep moving forward!
PROYECT TAWALA NEEDS TO REPLACE THE TAWALAMOVIL! This car, a very special Nissan from 2000 is literally falling apart.
As many of you know, Álvaro is doing an amazing job of raising awareness of animal cruelty in the Wayúu communities of Guajira in Colombia. However none of this would be possible without his vehicle. The feeding and welfare of the doggies at the "Rancherias" completely depends on his ability to reach them and so does the improvement of the communities.
Unfortunately the Tawalamovil just can't cope with the job anymore. As you can see via his photos and videos, not a week goes by where something doesn't break or they get stranded by the roadside. He's continuously taking her in for repairs because something needs replacing, a part falls off etc...in short, there's just no way to keep spending money and more money to keep the wheels spinning.
The perfect vehicle for this mission would be a used 4x4 that costs approximately €7.000 to €8.000. The goal of this fundraiser is to raise the 3.000€ he still needs to have enough to buy it.
LET'S ALL JOIN TOGETHER AND HELP ÁLVARO BUY THE NEW TAWALAMOVIL SO THAT HE CAN CONTINUE RESCUING AND CHANGING LIVES!!

Álvaro also rescues doggies in critical need, he takes them home, cares for and rehabilitates them and then rehomes them. For those that don’t know much about Tawala, one of his main priorities is changing the minds of future generations by teaching kids how to be empathetic towards animals and to treat them with love and care.
Álvaro helps bring together the incredible animal rescue associations in the area to not only organize big sterilization days for dog and cats but also to materialize big donations and support for the children of Wayúu, such as toys, clothes and school material.
